AAB Caters Hotel Hell

An American Buffet Custom Catering was chosen as the on site food service provider for an episode of Gordon Ramsay's new TV Reality Show Hotel Hell which shot in Milford the week of January 15th - 22nd. Gordon thought the food was very well done with "delicious flavor" and complimented An American Buffet on their creativity, quality of cuisine, and ability to provide additional meals on short notice.

For centuries most of the food consumed by the bulk of society was what we consider today as farm to table. Before the supermarket, bulk discount megastore, and packaged foods; farmers would bring their crops, handmade products and meat items to a central market where townspeople and those who lived on the outskirts would travel regularly.
